Use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, leaving details, and making a purchase, is subject to the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. Use of the Site
Use of the Site is intended for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the applicable law.
The information on the Site is intended to provide general information about the products and content displayed on it and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, a therapeutic recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
The Site may not be used unlawfully, its operation may not be impaired, no attempt may be made to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems, and its content may not be used in violation of the law.
2. Product Information
Peptide Lab endeavors to present the product details as accurately and clearly as possible.
However, the product images on the Site are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the image and the actual product, including in the packaging, the label, or non-material details.
In any case of conflict between general information on the Site and provisions of law, mandatory labeling, manufacturer's instructions, or an official document relating to the product, the information binding under the law shall prevail.
The mere display of a product on the Site shall not be regarded as a representation as to its suitability for any medical purpose.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the Site are the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
It shall be clearly indicated on the Site and during the purchase process whether the prices include VAT, as well as the shipping costs or any additional charges, if any.
Peptide Lab may update prices from time to time.
4. Placing an Order
Completion of an order on the Site is subject to receipt of confirmation of the transaction and approval of the payment method.
Peptide Lab may decline to approve an order in the event of an error in the product details or price, a stock problem, a suspicion of unlawful use of the Site, a problem with the payment method, or in any case where completion of the transaction is not possible in accordance with the law.
In such a case, to the extent that payment was charged, it shall be refunded in accordance with the law.
5. Payment
Payment on the Site is made by bank transfer / coordination and payment via WhatsApp.
Use of the payment services may also be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant payment processor.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the Site or during the ordering process.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond Peptide Lab's control, such as congestion at the courier company, the security situation, weather, force majeure, or other exceptional events.
Nothing in this section shall derogate from the consumer's rights in the event of non-delivery on time in accordance with the law.
7. Cancellation of Transaction and Returns
Cancellation of transactions, returns, and refunds shall be carried out in accordance with Peptide Lab's cancellation and returns policy and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the applicable law.
In the event of a conflict between the Site's policy and a right conferred on the consumer by law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the brand name, the logo, the Site's design, texts, graphics, images, and original content, is the property of Peptide Lab or is used under license.
It may not be copied, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written authorization.
Nothing in the foregoing shall derogate from use permitted by law.
