Due to the nature of the products sold on the site, their sensitivity and the storage conditions they require, Peptide Lab does not allow the return or exchange of products and does not offer transaction cancellation after the purchase is completed.
Defective, incorrect or non-conforming product
If a defective product, a product different from the one ordered, or another discrepancy in the order is received, please contact customer service as soon as possible and attach the order number and appropriate documentation.
After reviewing the request, Peptide Lab will act to correct the problem, replace the product or provide a refund, as applicable and in accordance with the law.
